This Olive Oil is created by crushing more than 12 pounds of fresh Cayenne Peppers for every 7.6 pounds of Chemlali Olives simultaneously.
Extremely spicy and fruity with a ripe bell pepper aroma.Smooth and sweet on the front with notes of artichoke. delayed but substantial heat component.
Great in soups,over roasted vegetables,aioli, on chicken and drizzled over pasta.

Pairs well with Serano Honey vinegar, Traditional 18 yr Balsamic,Coconut white balsamic,Tangerine Balsamic and Black Cherry Balsamic
