Made with White Trebbiano Grape Must, our organic white balsamic is a crisp, zesty vinegar with a touch of sweetness for everyday applications. This is a tart Balsamic Vinegar with a residual grape flavor and 6% acidity. Great for use in a myraid of culinary applications. It can be used with any of our EVOO or our fused and infused EVOO as a simple emulsion. Great for dressings,marinades,salads, pickles or for deglazing after roasting or sauteing!
